Finish selection is different
A residential finish will not survive chair legs, rolling carts and a hundred pairs of shoes a day. We spec commercial-grade water-based systems that cure hard and recoat cleanly, so you can refresh high-traffic zones without redoing the whole floor.
Maintenance plans
A screen and recoat every eighteen to twenty-four months on a busy floor costs a fraction of a full resand and keeps the wood underneath from ever getting worn into.
